Cancellation and Refund Policy

Arsi Consultancy believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

• Booking Fee
  1. When booking a futsal court through our platform, a booking fee is charged and paid online to confirm the reservation.
  2. This booking fee is solely for securing your preferred time slot at the futsal venue.
  3. The futsal fee for using the court must be paid offline, either before or after your game, directly to the futsal owner.
• Cancellation Policy
  1. Once a booking is confirmed and the booking fee is paid, it is considered final.
  2. If you decide to cancel your booking, please note that the booking fee is non-refundable.
  3. The non-refundable policy is in place because the booking fee is solely for reserving the court and ensuring availability.
• Refund Policy
  1. No Refunds for Cancellations:Due to the nature of our service, we do not offer refunds for canceled bookings.
  2. If the futsal venue itself cancels yours booking due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., maintenance issues,weather conditions,etc.), the futsal owner may coordinate directly with you for any resolutions. Our platform does not handle refunds or compensation in such cases.
• Disputes
  1. Any disputes or concerns regarding payments made offline for futsal usage should be resolved directly with the futsal owner.
  2. Our platform is not liable for issues arising from offline payments or services provided by the futsal venue.
• Amendments to This Policy
  1. We reserve the right to modify this Cancellation and Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately upon posting.
